Getting 25 miles is totally unrealistic, 18 is a good average. My indicated range when fully charged usually falls somewhere between 14-16 miles. The cold weather really doesn't help. Driving with the climate control off yields a slight improvement. Don't expect a drastic improvement in the summer months though.
